What are ribes (pronounced rī-bēz)? Ribes are a genus of shrubs including gooseberries and currants of many kinds.
We have many varieties of berries and ribes to choose from.
For best storage keep the berries you pick refrigerated As with all produce, always wash before use. Picked fruit is also available at the farm stand.
Berries are a great source of vitamin C and have lots of antioxidants. Excellent for fresh eating, freezing, canning, cooking, jams, cordials, pies, sauces and drying.
Available Berries: Blackberries, Currants - Black, Champagne and Red, Gooseberries - Green, Pink, and Red, Raspberries - Black, Purple, Yellow and Red. Coming Soon - Juneberries also known as Saskatoons.
